The next few posts will be of images all made within 5 miles from my home in midday light. I hope to show that you don't have to travel to far off destinations and always wait for the "golden hours" to make good images. In fact, photographing close to home should give you an advantage since you are already familiar with the area. As for light, photographs are there to be made in all matters of light at all times of day. Being observant and exercising your creative vision is key. This is what makes photography so exciting to me.
